We do not refund items for any other reasons than a fault on Design By Joles' behalf. Please do your due diligence and make sure that you are ordering the proper item, color, size, and quantity before checking out and agreeing to the required terms and conditions checkbox before payment. This will ensure a smooth fulfillment process. We have a 7-day return policy. Please inspect your items upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it. That means it has been unworn, unused, and in its original packaging. Please email us at jolesuniquegifts@gmail.com with the following info: 1. Your name, email used to make a purchase, and best contact number. 2. Your order number which can be found in your confirmation email. 3. A picture of your item if it arrived damaged. We will get a new item to you or issue a store credit for future purchases.
